Our free Quick Start home-energy items will:
- help you reduce energy use; and
- improve the comfort of your home.
Depending on available stock, options include:
- window film;
- electric switch and outlet gaskets;
- LED lightbulb;
- LED night light;
- fridge or freezer temperature card;
- 2 types of shower head;
- kitchen faucet aerator for use on non-hose models;
- 2 types of caulking;
- exterior outlet caps; and
- 2 sizes of hot water pipe insulation.
Limit of 1 of each item per household.
Pick items up or have them mailed to you
If you live in Whitehorse, you can pick up energy-saving items at the Climate Change and Energy Solutions Centre at 206A Lowe St. across from Riverside Grocery. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
If you live outside of Whitehorse, complete the item request form and email it to energy@yukon.ca, or phone 867-393-7063. We’ll mail you the items based on availability.
